Kate Sherron

[Artist and Co-Author]

Currently residing in her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, Kate spends her days drawing, writing, and teaching others how to do the same at ITT Tech. She also exerts a reasonable amount of time and energy keeping her hellhound, Umlaut, from destroying the world (or at least her toys.)

Kate has a BFA in Painting from Truman State University and an MFA in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design. Kate has created illustrations and product designs for such clients as (but not limited to): Fleishman Hillard, Arizona, Wild Bunch Films, Inc., Bird + Bear Gallery, Working Class Studio, the Baltimore Sun, and DEEP Magazine.

1322 Knob Lick Lane is Kate’s first comic series.

Aaron Shoults-Wilson

Aaron grew up in central Illinois, and though he’s not from Pray-goo, he lives close to See-ville and has visited both Ver-sails and Cay-roh. He has a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Georgia. He currently lives in Lexington, Kentucky, where he is paid to be a scientist.

As far as writing goes, Aaron has been published in Downstate Story, Spoon River Poetry Review, Tales of the Talisman, Archives of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, and Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology, and Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology (twice, which is pretty awesome.)
